Webcam on my Toshiba NB305 is not working

Sorry to invade this question, but I could not figure out how to post a question which tells you how stupid I am.

The built in webcam on my Toshiba NB305 is not working.

When I go into programs it tells me a wizard will popup, but it neveer does.

HELP.

Hi

Why you don’t try to reinstall the webcam software?
I think the software is corrupt… who knows why….

Visit the Toshiba European driver page, choose your notebook model, choose webcam software, download this and reinstall it.
Before you would start new installation, you should remove the previous version…

Hey,

For me it sounds like that you didn’t install the webcam driver so a wizard popup. So you should download newest version of webcam driver:
http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com > Support & Downloads > Download Drivers

Can you confirm that it’s working now?

I have an NB300 and i had the same problem the best thing to do is to go and find the driver from the drivers page on the toshiba website and it will start working totally fine.
