Satellite Pro L300 - Need external power supply (car power supply)

Hi all

I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro L300 and wish to plug it into my car supply.
The battery is 10.7 volts and the charger is 19 volts. I wouldn't think that connecting it to the car would cause a problem but there is no mention of doing this in the manual.

Has anyone tried this and did it work okay.
I don't wan't to charge the battery only be able to run the laptop for longer than the battery allows.

Hi

You need a special car ac adapter in order to connect the notebook to the car 12V socket…

Did you search in google for “Car adaptor for Satellite Pro L300”?
Do this and you will get some hits…

Otherwise you can order such part from the Toshiba authorized service partner in your country.
