Satellite L450 - yellow exclamation mark in internet conenction

Hi

i have a L450 and their is a yellow triangle with ! in it on my internet conection and i can not connect to internet wifi or with a cable

Hi

Possibly it’s an IP address conflict with another system on the network.
Try to refresh the IP address.

In order to do that you have to type CMD in RUN.
Then a black, dos window will appear.
Here you have to type: ipconfig /renew

You should also check the firewall settings... maybe an installed antivirus/firewall software prevents affects the internet connection...

Im Sending the laptop back to NSoptimum who are rubish as it is on the home access sceme
