Toshiba U10 Docking Station causing screen to freeze

Having run my External monitor th#rough the U10 docking station my screen will periodically freeze. The only way to un-freeze it is to undock the PC and then re-dock.

I am running a Windows 7 32bit laptop with 3gb RAM. All drivers and patches are up to date and I have update the U10 driver to the latest version, all without any successful resolution.

Any help would be appreciated as it happens at least 4 times per day and is very annoying and inconvenient.

Thanks

Hi

I think it’s hard to say what could be wrong exactly.
Are you able to replicate this issue? I mean you said the screen freezes periodically… does this happen running a certain application?

As far as I know the Toshiba European driver page provides the Dynadock Utility v2.4.0.13 for Win 7 32bit and 64bit.
Also the Installation CD v 2.1.4.4 is available for download…

Maybe you should reinstall this even if you said you are using the latest software…
I would also recommend testing this Dynadock in connection with another PC…
Maybe the preinstalled software the notebook causes this issue….
