Hi,

As I understand, you have already installed windows but you can't access desktop. You can do the following:\

1 Restore factory settings again without creating any password anymore.
2 Enter password with caps lock enabled ( or disabled)
3 You can try to reset admin password using software called Windows Key Enterprise 9.3 build815 that works with Windows Vista/XP/2000/NT workstations.

Burn this ISO file on a blank CD/DVD using any CD burning tool. Then reboot the locked PC
with this CD-ROM and follow the onscreen instructions to reset Windows Administrator password.

Note, don't forget to put cd/dvd as 1st bootable device in Bios (boot priority)

Hi

I think you are talking about BIOS password.
If you don’t know the right BIOS password then you will not be able to remove it yourself. Possibly you mistyped it whatever…
Fact is that you cannot remove it without an help from service technician.

So you have to get with the ASP guys in order to remove this and to boot the notebook again.

Hmm.. If you are talking about Bios password, nobody can help you in this forum. You need to contact the service center to remove it.

Maybe you didn’t understand it correctly; you cannot delete this, dude.
The BIOS password can be removed ONLY by ASP!
If you cannot get into the BIOS (no matter why), then you will not be able to remove this.

Sorry mate! ASP is needed!
