Windows defender keeps turning off internet explorer

I'm away from UK in US & realised my mobile isn't working.
I can get to providers web page but when I try to check if roaming is on
explorere keeps shutting down & I get a message from WD saying ithas closed

Any ideas?

Hi,

Have you tried to turn the WD off to check what happens? What if you use Firefox or Opera browsers?
