Unknow device ACPI\TOS620A after Win 7 installation on Qosmio F series

Hi all,

My brother has just made Windows 7 64 bit clean installation. He installed all driver from toshiba page, but there is an unknow device (ACPI\TOS620A)

Somebody can help me?

Hi,

As I know, the ACPI\TOS620A unknown device needs the HDD Protection Utility.

Go to the Toshiba driver page and download for your model:

http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp

As you can see the user has solved this installing the HDD Protection Utility

PS: sometimes it helps to search in forum before posting and waiting for a answer!

MisterX, don't be angry with me, thanks Jeka, installing hdd utility solved my problem.
