there is a "Reset" button on the bottom of the Journe Touch.
You can move the reset button to the left side and afterwards to the right side again.
After this press the power button on the right side at least for 3 seconds.

the software (download by toshiba store) is still on the JT ... and error too!!!! and the error is on Windows CE .dll and .exe!!!!!
