Satellite U-500 and laptop registration notification

Hi!

I keep on getting the reminder that laptop registration is pending, but when I try to register it, I am being informed that product is already registered.
How do I check that it is correctly registered?

Hello

You can check it under http://www.toshiba-tro.de/unitdetails
Put the serial number and check “General information”.
Registered must be set to ON.

Call Toshiba hot line in your country or contact nearest Toshiba service provider. They can contact Toshiba and clarify this.
