I purchased a Satellite A350-214 on 2009/10/27, and registered the product 3 days later, till now, TEMPO is unable to read warranty status and always shows the message "No registered", and so far I can not see the purchase date or the warranty on the link "http://www.toshiba-tro.de/unitdetails". The confirmation message I received upon registration said that information should be updated within a week from the registration.. That did not happen, not yet anyway.. I can only find my registration at the link "https://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/jsp/vpoRegLookup.do?service=EU"
Another question, for which region this notebook is dedicated to? I can not find int in the European region..
Today is 22.11.2009. Tempro still showing the "Not registered" message.. I addition, TEMPRO always show that i need driver and bios updates, though I downloaded all drivers and bios for the support page. and finally reinstalled my system... but TEMPRO keeps showing the messages. Now this is my third notebook and I'm very familiar with hardware and operating systems... but this is just strange!
Thank you TOSHIBA for the great notebook and service.. I really regret buying your product.. but never again. I'll put this one on sale and go for decent brand.
