It seemed to have applied the update; no errors when this utility was run. BUT my X200 will no longer boot up.
I suspect the BIOS has been corrupted!
My X200 is two and a half years old, so out of warranty.
What are my options?
Can the BIOS chip be replaced? if so, how much might Toshiba Service charge for this?
I think I have a BIOS problem too. I get programs hanging for no good reason.
Tried using recovery CD but the problem continues.
I have just orderd a hard drive recovery disc to re set to factory settings, as I didnt do it when I bought my u200
