Hi,
The notebook will need to go to an Authorized Service Provider to have the BIOS password removed. There will be a charge applicable as this is not something that is covered under the warranty of the notebook. You should be able to obtain information regarding who your local ASP is from the Toshiba website of the country the notebook was purchased in.

Hello Konan

On this forum we have discussed many times about BIOS password.
Anyway, as you can see BIOS password is very important for notebook security and access to data saved on the notebook. BIOS password removal is kind of “top secret” and cannot be posted in public forums like this one.

Many notebooks worldwide are stolen and blocked by BIOS password. It will be easy to check some forum like this one and read how to remove BIOS password and “unlock” the notebook.
I hope you understand what I mean. Please contact nearest authorized service provider and let them remove BIOS password for you.

Bye
