T1800 show me a flashing bar/line

Hello, Guys

I've got a problem and some questions...

I've found a very old notebook from Toshiba, an T1800 and i have no Manual and no drivers for this old thing...

and he didn't start...

He always show me a flashing bar/line...

Can someone help me?
I won't to put this funny notebook into a garbage/trash can....

Sorry for my phrasing, but I'm a german.
When this fact can someone help.

It’s a stone-age notebook model

it’s about 17 year old machine!!!!
I cannot believe that!!!

It supports 20 MHz Intel 386 SX CPU

, 2 MB standard RAM, expandable to 10 MB lol….

What do you want to do on such notebook? DO you want to use Window 1.1????

I think you can give away this oldie to an computer museum
