NB100 - how to i reset the factory settings

Hi there

Need some help ...... how to i reset the factory settings on the netbook NB100.... if you know please give me step by step guide

You would probably need to connect a usb CD/DVD player and boot from the CD provided with the machine.
On switch on, press F12 and choose the cd/dvd as the boot option. Then follow the prompts, if there any.

Thanks for the advice .... unfortunatley i dont have an external cd/dvd drive to do this.

you would need to buy / borrow one from somewhere, the restore media is only available as a CD.

I have bought a toshiba nb100r netbook with the ubuntu 8.04 operating system, it works perfectly fine but I cannot connect to the internet, when I go on to the manual configuration under the internet icon and then under th connections tab the option for a wireless connection is not there, there is only wired and point to pont connection, any ideas on how to get this problem fixed please. Many thanks.
