Getting help on nDVD and Camera issues

Were do I go to get help on nDVD and Camera issues.

Seems that all the posts with DVD issues or Camera issues don't get answered.

Are we at the wrong place?

If so please steer us to the right place so we can get our issues resolved.

Sorry to hear that nobody here can help you but I am afraid you have misunderstood something.
It is user-to-user forum and if you want to have official Toshiba statements you are definitely on the wrong place.

One more thing, if you have US notebook model go to US support page and search for solutions there - http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/su/su_sc_modSel.jsp
For every known issue you should find technical document with explanation and solution.
