Help! couldn't recover my password. Had to create a new account.

Very angry about not being able to recover my password. I received a red dialog box, which said I was not in the right region for the forum. Now i've got two accounts. my last id was tallhand.

Thats annoying but what would you want to do? I had the same problem 1 year ago and tried to contact some admin from the forum, but they just told me that I am the only one which could know that and they can´t recover the password.
I think you must use your new account, since the old one would be deleted. (That happened with my old account due to long "non-login")
