How to remove the virus

my notebook has a virus. can i know how to remove it? i think its called win32/moiling! generic also can i know if this does not work how to reformat my laptop..

Do you use any Antivirus programs??? You should do this!!
It’s irresponsible to use the computer and to use internet without any Antivirus software.

I think a new Antivirus program which is up to date should be able to remove this virus.
If not, check on the Antivirus software pages if any guidelines are available.

If you will find nothing, the last resort should a new OS installation and HDD format…

hi thanks for the support,, do you know any good any virus software which is cheap. i could't get a anti virus software before but now it has happened.how do i format my toshiba laptop??will this solve my problem?

The HDD format will solve the problem because all files which are stored on the HDD will be erased!!!
You will lose everything on the HDD… also the virus files…
Just simply boot from the Toshiba recovery CD and the whole HDD will be formatted and new OS will install.

Regarding an cheaper Antivirus software… well… many Antivirus programs are on the market and the it’s your choice what you will use. You can read about the test results in every computer magazines. You can find it also in the internet…

Anyway… I use the freeware software called “Antivir personal edition”
I presume you can find a download if you will goggle around.
