Strange issue with preinstalled Works 8.5

My address book has birthdays & anniversary dates entered but works calendar does not put the right people with the dates entered.

Sorry Mick but I really do not know what this issue has to do with Toshiba notebooks. I have never heard about something like that and in my opinion you should try to find explanation on some Microsoft Works support page or maybe on forum where people discuss about similar theme.

Hi Mick, did you you tried to reinstall your works? It sometimes works, maybe your problem would be fixed.
