Spare parts you can get from Toshiba authorized service partners, maybe some online notebook parts store. Google a little bit and maybe you will be lucky to find one in your country.
Maybe you can also find some parts on eBay. Check it simply!

thanks guys. have tried google and drew a blank. looked on toshiba site and couldnt find any info for what I need. Its a bit awkward without knowing a part number too.

There are a couple of sites here. They are not for your precise model but may give you some ideas or additional areas to search. Maybe ask the guy there.
But if your machine is still under warranty you should go through your Toshiba Service Partner as the other guys suggest, or you might invalidate it by opening it up yourself.
