PCI Flash-Memory driver for Satellite M60-167

I just re-installed Win XP Professional (some new one, because recovery version was only XP Home), and after that I have a problem with PCI FLASH-Memory driver, the hardware manager show me that i need such driver?! Drivers for SD Memory cards have allready installed, but the problem is still here. I need PCI Flash-Memory driver for Satellite M60-167 Model No:PSM60E-0C801GGR

Hi,

you can see all needed drivers in the installation instructions (find it on driver download page) and there you can also see the correct order in which you have to install them to avoid problems.

Hi

Usually the Tools and the Utilities CD should be delivered with your notebook.
On this CD you will find all necessary drivers for Windows XP. You can use the same drivers on the WinXP Pro.
If you install the drivers so you have to do it in the right order.
Very important is the installation of the chipset utility. This must be done at first.
Additionally you need the cardbus driver for your PCMCIA CardBus controller.
Check it.

Caban,

I found out that the easiest solution is downloading and installing the 6-in-1 driver (ENE) from the Satellite M60 (Bx), SM60BXENE.EXE is.
It did cost me 6 times reinstalling XPpro to get the right one but it worked.

Although knowing the above a re-searched the drivers for the M30X, and found it also there but hidden inside the cardbus driver.
After extracting the cardbus driver (also ENE Tech Inc) a zipped file "Cardbus driver - Cardreader.zip" is available. Which has the same files and setup as the above mentioned sm60 file. So now I happily

working on my laptop again (also M30X, up to the next time my power socket wears out

).

PS I had my power socket replaced twice in 1.5 year now. Sometimes I long back to my 210CS (rock solid) and 4300 ( a bit less solid).
