Satellite C50D-A-133 with Win7 - cannot install USB 3.0 driver

I have Satellite C50D-A-133 with Win 7 x64, and cant install usb 3.0 drivers.
I download driver from toshiba support site for usb 3.0 for win7 x64 and it starts to install driver but at the end it saids...
Windows found driver software for your device but encoutered an erroe while attempting to install it.
AMD USB 3.0 Host Controller
The system cannot find the file specified.

I try to point driver location but same error.
Other drivers installed ok only this one give error

I’ve downloaded and unzipped the driver and everything seems to be OK.
As far as I know notebooks with AMD platform doesn't have chipset driver and after display driver installation should be installed USB driver.

Try to download it again and start installation manually.

I tried that 3 times, i even try to install win7 again. I thought there is some problem with driver but it isnt. Dont know what to do any more. For now i disabled usb3 in bios :)
