I got an c850-10X. Brand new. Only used it for a week or so.

When I plugged to my TV, ( LG 42') with an HDMI kabel it worked fine. But when I'm not using my Tv as a screen my laptop gets a black screen. Now I only can use a second screen as the only screen because my laptop screen is black all the time. It's not completly black, I can still see my desktop slightly behind a kind of black cloud. If I make the screen brighter, I can see it even a little bit more.

(It's not the "screen shearing" or "Fn+F4" problem, my screen on the laptop is just black. No matter what I do)

I have read some tips and tricks on the internet for this problem, and I've tried the switch off, take out the charging kabel and take out the battery and press the power button for 30-60 secounds before I set in the battery, and then restart my laptop. But still no luck.

Why is this happening? Anyone knows? Is it a wire between the screen and the below part of the laptop?

A driver problem? Tried to uninstall the driver for the Intel card but then the screen went ape, so I reinstalled it again.

Everything worked fine untill I used my TV as a ekstra screen...

I had an older Toshiba laptop where the same problem apperied, but that laptop served for about 4-5 years so I thought I just get a new one...
