Protege Z930-108 - Fingerprint error after full recovery

I had to use the SSD recovery option (full recovery). When I started to setup the labtop again, the fingerprints cannot be enrolled, as there is coming up a message:
Operation failed. The same fingerprint already exists.
However, in the list of fingerprints, there are not the ones I would like to use.

Well, after writing an email to customer support in Spain ( I just got an answer to call a costly number) and calling customer support, where they did not find an answer I was left alone to see if I can find a solution.
Lucky me, I did:
If you go to "control panel/biometric devices/change settings" and switch the biometric device off, ALL fingerprints get deleted. And you can start from the beginning.
