Satellite Pro L870 - missing some Win 7 drivers - unknown device DEV_1E3A

Just taken delivery of some new Satellite Pro L870 we have reinstalled Windows 7 but seem to be missing some drivers. I have downloaded installed all the available drivers from the dowload site however we still have one unknown device.

VEN_8086&DEV_1E3A

From looking around this may be an IMEI chip but I have not been able to confrim the DEV ID from any of our usually sources. Anyone have any idea what this is and where I could get the Windows 7 64 bit drivers?

From my knowledge the Dev_ID 8086 belongs to Intel
So it must be some Intel driver.

Did you install all drivers from Toshiba driver page? Do that…

Yes I have followed the guide and had tried the PCI database before posting the DEV ID of 1E3A is unknown by any of the normal lookups.

Read my post again and its not very clear but I have installed ALL drivers from the download site including the regpatches on 3 different laptops all with the same result.

All I need is pointing to the correct driver for this device, somone at Toshiba must know what it is?

Definitely someone from Toshiba should know that but this is user to user forum comunity and I doubt you will meet someone from Toshiba here…

However, according to some info in the internet, the DEV_1E3A is Intel Management Engine Interface.

Usually you could also download such driver from Intel page.
But I found it on Toshiba European driver page:

Intel Management Engine Interface 8.0.3.1427 Win 32bit

Intel Management Engine Interface 8.0.3.1427 Win 64bit

Tonny, your a star.
Although I knew these were user forums I foolishly thought that Toshiba would also look at them....

However to the case at hand, I had tracked down some info that it was the imei and had tried some toshiba drivers from alternative models without success but the ones you listed did the trick and for that you get a big
