Hello,

Since 2 weeks I wasn't able to use the 0-button (zero) on the numeric side. All the other numbers work fine!

Is this a known issue? Did I turn off this button somewhere I didn't know?

Does this work using external USB keyboard?
If yes, then its definitely an internal keyboard problem..

Solution: replacement of the keyboard.

I now notice that both usb-ports also are disabled. I think there's more going on with this notebook.
So testing an external keyboard wasn't possible. But your idea was good. :-)

I think it's best to bring it back and ask for repair.
