Toshiba AT200 refuses to recognise my home wireless connection

My AT200 refuses to recognise my home wireless connection.
1st time it failed to recognise it, I rebooted the broadband system and then it recognised it.
Now it just keeps scanning and won't find the connection?
I've tried to manually force it but it says it's not in range - even when I'm standing right next to the box.
This is a major issue - what use is a tablet without wifi connection - right?

Which channel does your Access Point/Router use for WLAN. If you use a very high channel (in the 2,4Ghz Range) or "Auto" then try to specify a lower Channel.
Also check if 2,4Ghz Connections are allowed (or 5Ghz only).
Finally the DHCP-Server should be enabled. But that is default. (Manual IP/Gateway/DNS definition is also possible, sure)
Also Routers can have security features (like child protection) which require to enable/configure each device in the Router before Internet Access is granted.

Afraid this hasn't helped. The problem is the AT200 and not NOT the router. Every other device in the house recognises the network and connects - iPhone, iPad, Blackberry, PC, Laptop, iMac - it is definitely a problem with the AT200.
Is there a way to reset to factory defaults?
It worked when I got it so I don't understand why it isn't working now,
This is VERY frustrating - a tablet without internet is a pretty pointless device.

I have done a reset and I still have the problem - no connection to wi-fi. My home connection is in the list but says it is "out of range". Even when I'm right on top of the router

Yep - took it out to a cafe. Connected fine but still wouldn't recognise home network when I brought it home. It doesn't even see it in the scan. Sees all the neighbors wifi but not the home one.
Tried reset to factory settings - still no joy.
It saw it when I first bought it but not anymore.
Just doesn't make sense.
There is nothing wrong with my connection -

Got the same issue. After a while couldn't reconnect to home wifi. Immediate connection everywhere else. Apparently, it doesn't find the IP address anymore after many connections.

Did someone tried the app called Wifi Fixer?
Try it!
Go to the Android marketplace and download Wifi Fixer and check if it will solve some Wlan problems

Thx for response - installed WiFi fixer but it doesn't see the network either. I think it only fixes what the system sees? The problem is that the system doesn't even see the network - when every other machine in the house does?? It just doesn't make sense. I'm beating my head of a brick wall here.
