How to focus with the Camileo X200 while in webcam mode.

Hello, I have a Camileo X200, and would like to use it as a webcam from time to time, but the issue i'm having with it is the inability to get the camera to focus while using it in Skype or other video conference applications. Is there a way / program / driver needed for me to be able to focus the camera while using it as a webcam?
