Satellite A660 - New AC Adaptor Required

I have a Satellite A660 and the AC Adaptor has recently stopped charging my battery. A friend has exactly the same make and using his adaptor worked fine.

So I need a replacement, though I am having trouble finding the right one. I want to purchase a genuine Toshiba and not an ebay knockoff as I have had trouble with those in the past.

My AC Adaptor Part Number is PA3716E-1AC3.

Could you point me in the right direction of compatible genuine adaptors currently available?

Perhaps a Toshiba Service Center can order one for you, there is an ASP list on the Toshiba website.

You have exact part number of your adaptor so order please the same AC adapter. You can order it by Toshiba service provider or by some independent online PC store.

Put part number as searched term in Google for your country and I’m sure you will find it for online order.
