So nearly half a year before my notebook stoped to update windows. After that followed problems with update of skype and other programmes. Then it didnt allow me to install different programmes and games. After canceling updating or installing, it sais that there is a problem with Windows Installer. I searched internet to find out how can i solve this problem, tried EVERYTHING, but nothing helped.

So i decided to reinstall windows. I have Windows home premium 64, but when i donwloaded different versions of this windows (from torrent and official versions) it says that the type of OS installed on notebook differes from the one im trying to install. Dont know what to do.

Can somebody give advice?
Thank you.

According notebook specification it was delivered with WIN7 64BIT HOME PREMIUM so best thing you can do is to install original recovery image that you got with your notebook and everything should be ok.

Can you do this?

Are you able to start the HDD recovery?
Power up the unit, press F8, then choose Repair my Computer and then choose Toshiba HDD recovery

If this is not possible, you can order a recover disk which you have forgotten to create using the preinstalled tool called Toshiba recover disk creator:

HDD recovery formats and deletes the system C partition…other partitions (D HDD recovery partition) should not be touched..
