I downgraded a Portege R830 from Windows 7 64bit to Windows 7 32bit with Toshiba drivers. I put a sim card from my provider.
In the windows 7 network manager and in Toshiba wireless manager, i can see the good provider and network HSPA but when I launch the connection, it's failed (i don't have pin number).

It's failed with Windows 7 network manager and Toshiba wireless manager (i don't have this problem with Portege R700 windows 7 32bits)

But I found a small solution (but i think, it's not sufficient):
I created a dial up connection, with a number *99#,
I launched the connection, it's failed but after that, when i relaunch my first connection is good.

I don't know why, it's like the modem is sleeping and the dial-up connection wake up the modem, because after everything is good (win7 network manager, Toshiba wireless manager) until if i reboot the Portege.

I want to avoid the dial-up connection like on my portege r700 with windows 7 32 bits
