I downloaded Speedfan and have noticed that it doesn't even recognize the computer's built-in fans.
Could it be possible that your cooling modules malfunctions?
The cooling modules should run much faster playing the games since the CPU produce more warmness due to heavy usage.
My first advice: check the BIOS if there is an update. (Toshiba US driver page)
Secondly: check the power saving settings for CPU and cooling modules in Win 7 power options.
The settings in power plant which is used while gaming should be set to more cooling friendly status. The cooling should be set to “performance”.
Of course in such case the notebook would be louder but the CPU should be cooled down much faster.
