Cannot get free glasses 3D to work on Qosmio F750

Hello,

I've been trying to get this to work on my Qosmio F750 without sucess. everytime i try to calibrate the 3D using face recognition, theres no window poping up to make the face recognition, am i missing any driver?

Hi

Can you please post exact notebook model number?

Usually the SuperD X-Tune software should be preinstalled on a Qosmio F750.
This software allows you to calibrate the 3D effect.

Please also be sure that Super-D IC Driver (V1.0.1613.809 or later) has been installed…
All these software and drivers should be available on Toshiba driver page.

Did you follow the instruction posted in the Toshiba document?

If this will not work, try to reinstall the software and try to calibrate this once again…
If this fails once again, then you should check the webcam software... re-install this too and start the webcam software and open the webcam window on the desktop while calibrating the 3D using SuperD X-Tune software.

Please check this!

I have the same problem,

I had the laptop since December 2011 i tried various things yet nothing worked.
I currently am on support with Toshiba so far nothing.

But what you want to try is the X-tune software you can download it from here:

Try it and tell me what happens ... for me it keeps saying that the environment is too dark or too light but i've tried it everywhere and on top of that it doesn't even turn on .

Well let me know if anything works

I have the same problem. I can't see any camera screen poping up as I open the X-tune. As I try to set up through the instruction, it ends up saying the environment is too dark.

You should reinstall the webcam driver too…but ensure that the room/environment is brightly enough…
