AT200 connection to a PC Windows XP

Hi fellow Toshiba users,

I tried to connect my AT200 tablet to my PC with a a microUSB/USB cable. PC runs XP SP3 and WMP 11 is installed.

When I connect, PC does not recognises the device because of missing driver... (It appears under AT200 in the device list with a nice yellow question mark).

If driver exists, where can I find it?
If such driver doesn't exist, how can I ensure successful connection and have PC able to see and recognise the tablet ?

Hi

The AT200 is equipped with an micro USB port which support the OTG technology.
This allows you to connect the USB flash memory, and HID (keyboard and mouse) to the AT200.

However, to connect a USB device (USB flash memory, keyboard or mouse) you must use an OTG cable (USB On-The-Go). The cable must be certified as USB ON-THE-GO.

Furthermore this tablet does not support a printer and as far as I know the port operation of all USB devices has not been confirmed so some USB devices may not work properly.

Thanks for your answer. The USB OTG is when the tablet is the master and the USB the slave. I try to connect my tablet to my PC as a simple USB storage. I.e. the tablet is the external (slave) device and the PC the master.
It is when doing that operation that I got a request to install drivers...

Thanks to help me on that one.
