Dear, I am a student in grade three and my laptop has a problem I want help. It will be black screen when I surf in the internet for over 3 hours. Why?

I guess my laptop battery is the key to the problem and some friends recommend a battery web for me.

Your posting is a bit strange for me.
How you can surf in the internet if the screen is black? I mean, it is not logic to me.
Which Toshiba notebook model do you have?

I have no idea why you are thinking that battery cause this issue???
In your case I would say that your graphic card driver has crashed…
I recommend reinstalling or updating the graphic card driver to check if this would help to solve this…
