Keyboard is not working correctly on my Satellite notebook

When I press some of the buttons on the keyboard, the button beside them is activated. eg I press the a button and it turns on the caps lock. This happens to other buttons as well.
What is causing this? How do I fix it?

In my opinion it must be keyboard malfunction and I don’t think you can “fix” it.
I think keyboard must be replaced.

Keyboards are not so expensive and you can buy it on eBay. Question is: who can replace it for you?

Hi

I think its keyboard hardware malfunction…
You can try to connect an external USB keyboard and could test the functionality.
If this issue would not appear using external USB keyboard, then this means that the controller on the motherboard is OK and the issue is your internal keyboard which would need to be replaced.
