Hi everyone,

When i boot my laptop, the image on screen appears with problems, can't read the letters and some traces in vertical. When windows start, shows a blue screen with a memory error but i can read it because it disapears very fast.

I thing (im not sure) that can be some problem with graphic card. I have removed the ram cards and swithed, but the problems stays.

Any ideas ???

Hi

Yes, BSOD is the product of software or serious hardware problem.
Since you have some vertical lines on the screen, the graphic chip might be affected.
Seems only service technicians would be able to help you… by the way: what notebook do you have?

Which image exactly? Does this image problem occur immediately when you press power button and when the Toshiba welcome screen?

On this virtual ay it is not possible to say what the problem is but I presume there must be some hardware problem, probably is graphic card defective. For more info you must contact Toshiba service.

BTW: which Toshiba notebook model do you have exactly? Is warranty still valid?
