Safe to remove hardware balloon

Suddenly (When I have no idea), the message "Safe to Remove Hardware" is not in view when i remove a usb stick from the PC. (The bottom icon.) I can Safely Remove Hardware when i click on the button but then the icon disappears Immediately and the balloon with the text "Safe to remove hardware" does not apear.

It Happens in all usb ports.

Perhaps one of the utilities from Toshiba caused this error. Which program can I reinstall to make the balloon tips visible again?

Hello

As far as I know Toshiba has nothing to do with described issue. All Toshiba preinstalled tools or utilities don’t have any kind of negative influence on typical Microsoft operations, messages or anything similar.

To be honest your question should be posted on some Microsoft forum.

By the way: have you noticed this when you use different devices connected on USB ports?
