JOURN.E TOUCH - email and password reset for Toshiba virtualstore

Hello,

can you reset the email and password for toshiba virtualstore to blank.

The personal account number is 24820.

the JOUR.E TOUCH is blocked since first time i want to go into the toshiba vitualstore.

I don’t think it can be done on this way without some kind of verification.
I recommend you to call Toshiba hotline and ask if this can be done and how.
