Satellite M305-S4910
The system was booting about every 3rd of 5th time. Now all I get on boot is:
ERROR
Resource Conflict - PCI on Motherboard
Bus:0A, Device:01, Function:00
ERROR
Resource Conflict - PCI on Motherboard
Bus:0A, Device:01, Function:02
ERROR
Resource Conflict - PCI on Motherboard
Bus:0A, Device:01, Function:03
Press <F1> to resume, <F2> to Setup
I have change every thing I can in the BIOS setup and no luck. I have removed the wireless card from the motherboard and the harddrive, no boot. The BIOS ver is 2.70, I would like to update the BIOS to see if this will fix the problem, but can't get passed the ERROR screen. Can this be fixed?

To be honest, it looks for me like an motherboard problem.
The error says something about PCI conflict on motherboard.
I assume this is related to some motherboard components…
You want to update the BIOS?
Hmm… not sure if you could do this… to be honest I don’t think that this problem could be solved by BIOS update because it looks more like an hardware problem.

Thanks for the reply. I did get it to boot one more time and updated the BIOS to ver 3.2 but same problem.

It must be mainboard problem. In my opinion there is nothing you can do about that.
All you can do is BIOS update, exchange HDD or RAM, try to install OS and that’s it.
Is warranty still valid?
