After own OS installation you cannot start HDD recovery installation anymore.
You can do this using recovery DVD only.

Have you created this disc following Toshibas advice in “Recovery reminder” or User’s manual document?

If you have this disc please use it for recovery image installation. If you don’t have it you have a big problem now.

After own OS installation you cannot use HDD recovery installation and use recovery image saved on notebook’s HDD.
It works with factory settings only.

If you have created recovery DVD use it for OS installation but if not you can order one on https://backupmedia.toshiba.eu/landing.aspx

Bye and good luck.
