For me the case is clear: The battery cannot hold the charge so the notebook will be shut down because it has no power anymore.

I think you must replace the battery with a new one and you can get it from an authorized service provider in your country. Just contact the guys and ask for that, they can tell you how much it would cost.

You can check battery if you can obtain the same notebook model and check if this other notebook will work properly with your battery. What else you can do about it?

For me it sounds like problem between battery and power supply electronic on the mainboard. Unfortunately on this virtual way it is not easy to say what the problem can be.

Software problem? Hmmmm... I don’t think so.

Of course you can update BIOS and test it with recovery image installation just to see if the problem will be the same with “factory settings”.
Please check all these options. If nothing helps I’m afraid you need professional help with this.

Thansk all. I finally found out that battery has gone dead. I will get it replaced.
