Direction keys don't work on my Qosmio F20-155

Help,

"direction keys" suddenly doesn't work. All 4.

Rest is ok.

This sounds like a keyboad malfunction… Direct keys work properly on an external keyboard or do you have the same problem on an external one?

Hmm… I think C3P0 is right… sounds really like a keyboard malfunction.
It’s not known to me that you could disable such keys in some way… and to be honest I don’t believe that any software could affect these buttons… so last plausible explanation is the keyboard malfunction;
Get in contact with an local Toshiba ASP. If the warranty is valid the notebook should be fixed free of charge!
