Cannot uninstall Kapersky antivirus

I’m trying to uninstall Kapersky antivirus and all I keep getting is ..... The windows installer could not be accessed. This can occur if the windows installer is not correctly installed. Contact you personnel for support... I’m new to this and don’t understand what it means.

Can someone help please?

Kapersky is not supported by Toshiba and if there is some problem you must contact Kapersky support and ask for assistance.

Have you already contacted them?

No i havent contacted them as it said windows installer, i thought it was a problem with laptop. thanks anyway.
