Qosmio F60 - Question about extended warranty

i have just bought a Qosmio F-60 (I am based in Kenya) and after registering the laptop - my "registration slip" says:

Free Warranty Upgrade: SE5003E-B
EMEA Warranty Extension from 1 to 3 years

I have checked on the "unit details" section of the web-site (www.toshiba-tro.de/unit-details) and it says that there is "extended warranty" from "1 to 3 years". Just wanted to reconfirm that the laptop now has warranty for 3 years and what level of warranty? Every bit of hardware?

Thanks.

Hi mate

First of all this is user to user forum and I doubt that someone here in the forum could confirm your warranty status.
But everything what you need you can find on the mentioned page; unitdetails.
There you can see the details of the warranty and when it has been registered.

But if you have some doubts you could also visit this page:

Hi buddy,

I agree with the user above. I doubt that somebody can confirm your warranty status because it’s an user to user forum only.

Only an authorized service provider can confirm your warranty status so I would get in contact with the guys. You can write a short e-mail or give them a call, I’m sure they can give you an exact answer if everything is ok with extended warranty or not. :)
