Hi buddy,

I'm sure this is a hardware problem
If you think so, why you don’t contact an authorized service provider?

no bootable device -- insert book and press any key.
Have you checked that correct boot order is set?
Is the HDD recognized in BIOS?

Well, maybe just the Windows installation is muddled up. Therefore you would have to reinstall Windows.

Hi buddy,

You can access the BIOS when you press „F2“ key after you have turned on the notebook.

Make sure that HDD is set as first boot device and there you can also check if it’s recognized properly. In this case you would see the HDD model number.

Hi buddy,

Normally on the first page when you go in to BIOS you should see the HDD model if it’s recognized. It’s under the CD/DVD drive model.
Boot order is another page but 1. HDD/SSD is ok.

So either the HDD is defective and needs replacing or you have to reinstall Windows from recovery disk.

Hi buddy,

If you go to an authorized service provider and it’s hardware problem, you have to pay nothing if your notebook is under warranty. So warranty repair is for free.

Nearest authorized service provider you can find here:
