Registration on ToshRegNoMatter site is impossible

I've got the site name from the computer dealer and he told me to registrate my computer there for getting an extended warranty. So I was trying to do it many times and failed.
What I got when I enter the site is a small window, where I am asked to enter my password. The dealer tells me that it does not matter what password to enter. But the site keeps kicking me away all the time.
Please, what shall I do?

Can you please send us link of the page where you have registered your notebook and this page where do you get this password requirement?

But now I found why it happened. After I posted my question here and didn't get an answer, I tried to find what Toshiba has as service firms in my place.
It's Israel. And found just one and only firm. So, I sent them the same question and got an answer, that I had to register not at this address, but
at www.nomatterwhatguarantee.com . You see! But I didn't know about that, when I bought the computer the seller told me the first address. I even have the check from the shop with the printed address. And I had to regiter within one week and failed. Now I'm trying to discuss with them the point that I am not to blame. It's their computer branch shop called "BUG".

If you have EMEA notebook (Europe – Middle East – Africa) then you can check notebook status on http://www.toshiba-tro.de/unitdetails
If you have some warranty or registration problems please contact Toshiba directly using pop.vpo@toshiba-tro.de mail address.

You must contact Toshiba in your country. Contact details can be found at http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/contact_toshiba.jsp
