If you still have Hdd recovery image you can restore the factory settings as described here Hdd recovery
Original Toshiba recovery discs can be ordered online by Here
or use Windows installation disk and Drivers

I have just checked drivers on the Toshiba driver page for Win Xp, they are available.

Anymore help please!!

You don't have anymore option as find Windows installation disk and install it.

You should install all drivers from Toshiba driver page.

Old Satellite/Equium L10 was delivered without HDD recovery option and if you want to have “factory settings” again you must use original Toshiba recovery disc.
I don't think you can order it because L10 is pretty old notebook model.

What you can do is to install your own operating system. Later you must install all drivers, tools and utilities one by one following exact installation order.

So do it please on this way:

-Go to Toshiba download page (link is given by Jeka)
-Choose your notebook model as follow:
Product type > Notebook
Family > Equium
Product series > Equium L Series
Model > Equium L10
Short Model No > PSL17E
Operating system > WXP

All necessary stuff will be listed there.
At first document for download you will find “Installation Instructions”. Download it and install all stuff following this installation order.

That's all.

Good luck.
