The Windows 2k, Win Xp and Win Vista 32bit drivers are released on the Toshiba European driver page.
You said you need drivers? You don’t said what OS you are using.

However, for Modem Internal High Definition Audio Bus you have to install the modem driver.
Other devices are not known to me but I think you should ensure that you have used all drivers from the Toshiba page.
Check also if right Chipset driver has been installed too.

You mean you have installed the Wlan and LAN driver.
That’s ok but the notebook has been equipped also with modem (NOT WLan or LAN card)

Check the page again and install also modem driver!

Sorry but I don't understand you at all. Tecra M5 is WXP supported and on Toshiba download page you can find “Installations Instructions” document with exact installations order.
So install WXP SP2 again and start to install drivers, tools and utilities following this IMPORTANT installations order. That’s all!
