How to repair Windows Vista?

Hi,

I have already Toshiba Satellite A200-23u notebook. I have been patching my Os (Vista Ultimate) at today. But vista cannot open at the start-up. On the start-up message is (at blue screen :) ) Stop : 0x0000007F. My OS always restarting before this message.

I need repair my O.S. but not new installation. I try this issue with my official Toshiba Vista repair disk, but this disk is new installation disk!

Please help me! panic panic panic.....

Can you start Vista in “safe mode” (F8 at start up)?

I see there just one solution. Start in “safe mode” and see if you can do anything.
Recovery image cannot be used for repair options just for clean OS installation.
