Reboot without CD possible?

Hi

Last year I purchased a TOSHIBA A100-147 T2050 (in UK). I have lost the CD it came with and have virus, etc which has stopped it working with web browsers. Is there anyway of getting the CD or rebooting without a CD to wipe it and start from factory settings again.

Hi there,
You can go to local ASP and tell them that you need a new recovery CD or you can directly order it here:

https://backupmedia.toshiba.eu/landing.aspx

With this CD you can set your notebook back to factory settings.

Another thing what you can do in such a situation is, just if you have an own Windows installation disc, you could install operating system and then install all drivers, tools and utilities manually from Toshiba page.
